The Next Great Japanese Pitching Prospect

While doing my Internet travels this morning I stumbled across a pitcher from Japan set to revolutionize the game of baseball like Dice-K could only dream. His pitching technique is the most unique I have ever seen. It leaves the batters dumbfounded as they state at strikes go right across the plate. It would not be an overstatement to suggest he could easily win 30 games in his first MLB season and a 40 game winning season would not be out of the question since his unique style limits wear and tear on his arm.
