You know how Bill Simmons and Mark Cuban are always complaining about how referees in the NBA are so horrible?
There may be a reason for it. According to a
NY Post article this morning there was an NBA who for the last two years worked with mob connected bookies to help influence the results of games. I'm sure you do not need me to explain what all of this means to the sport (although a 100,000 other writers will feel the need to and I probably should somewhat if I didn't want to use my time for other subjects).
